The situation
A family-owned gutter company in the Nashville metro, competing against larger regional operators for the same suburb searches. The brief was to move quickly on commercial terms rather than build slowly toward national authority.
What we did
- Prioritised the commercial terms closest to a booked job over higher-volume informational queries
- Rebuilt the service and location pages around those terms
- Fixed the technical issues blocking several pages from ranking at all
- Tightened the Google Business Profile service areas to the suburbs the crews cover
The result
Inside one month, 43 of 72 tracked keywords reached page one and nine reached #1. Speed came from picking the right terms first, not from doing more work than usual.
